They are all technical and first-party (created by our site, read by nobody else). Under art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Garante guidelines of 10 June 2021 they do not require your consent.

Links to other sites
Our pages load no content from other services: no embedded maps, videos, social buttons or analytics. Fonts are hosted on our server.
Some links take you to other sites, but only if you tap them: Google Maps (directions), WhatsApp (to write to us) and PayPal (online payment). Their own cookie policies apply there.
How to manage cookies
You can see and delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge: usually under Privacy or Cookies and site data). If you block them, you can still browse the site but you cannot book or sign in.

How we check the site
We check the site with an automated browser that opens 20 pages, on computer and phone, and records every cookie created and every request to external servers. The check is repeated after every significant change.
Result of the latest check (26 October 2026): no requests to external services, no third-party, profiling or analytics cookies.
